I arrived a little later than I had planned, hoping to catch the cathedral and the Hohenzollern Bridge while they were still glowing against a deep blue evening sky. I managed to capture the very last moments before the clouds took over and the rain began to fall. Looking back, I think that small patch of blue sky gave the photograph exactly the balance I was looking for—a quiet reminder that sometimes the best moments last only a few minutes
